About the host
Born in India, Apsara Vydyula experienced early exposure to practices and principles of yoga in everyday life. But it wasn’t until age 22 that she embarked on a holistic yoga practice, and it became evident that this was her true calling. With a decade of experience, she teaches Hatha yoga, philosophy, and meditation to diverse students, tailoring her sessions to individual needs. Her dynamic approach is featured on multiple wellness networks, and she presented "Yoga as a Modern Day Practice" at Saveetha Institute of Medical Sciences with Harvard Medical School. Apsara's teaching evolved into a refined practice that fosters profound and therapeutic change, making her a sought-after teacher for workshops, retreats and online intensives. Her clear articulation of form and technique resonates with her students.

Trip Itinerary
DAY 1
Afternoon: our representative will meet you at the airport. Board the Tempo Traveller and head towards Ubud and check-in to a beautiful rice paddy field view resort.
Evening: Meet together in the common area of the hotel for a short meditation session to get rejuvenated after the long travel.
Night: Meet and greet at a restaurant in the middle of nature where you eat together and get to know your fellow travellers. (Restaurant - Kaukau or similar).
DAY 2
Morning: Enjoy the sunrise with a yoga session with Apsara.
Afternoon: Post breakfast at the resort, leave for a day of exploring Ubud - Visit rice paddy fields, Take a dip at Nungnung Waterfall, Enjoy the Bali Swing. End the day with a water healing session at Menjening Water Temple.
Evening: Wander through streets in Ubud market for some shopping
DAY 3
Morning: Have a morning session of Yoga with Apsara. Post which, have breakfast at the hotel and leave for Seminyak.
Afternoon: Have a relaxing sundowner at the beach listening to the waves and roaming around the streets of Seminyak for street food and some shopping. Head out for a sound healing session.
Evening: Once you are back at the hotel, enjoy a relaxing meditation session with Apsara
DAY 4
Morning: Start the day with a yoga session with Apsara at one of the best locations in Bali. Have a hearty breakfast.
Afternoon: Take a private speedboat to Nusa Penida Island. Swim with Manta rays enroute with pitstops for snorkelling.
Evening: Special Indonesian meal to try the famous ‘Nasi Goreng’ of Bali
DAY 5
Morning: : Start your day with a yoga session with Apsara. Have a heart breakfast and get ready.
Afternoon: Leave for a tour of the Tanah Lot to witness the magical place that temples of Bali are. Have some local food and shop in the street.
Evening: Enjoy a cultural show ‘Devdan’ at a theatre in Bali where you will understand the history, culture and dance forms of Indonesia. Post the show, enjoy the party culture of Bali at the oldest club ‘Mexicola’.
DAY 6
Morning: Enjoy the sunrise with yoga session. Photoshoot session to capture your beautiful yoga poses. Explore Seminyak beach and get some photos clicked. Visit shopping streets for some last minute shopping.
Afternoon: Check out of the hotel and depart for airport for your flight back home.

DAY 1
Evening: Sunset Meditation with Apsara (30 minutes) - Join Apsara for a meditation session focused on finding gratitude in the little things, creating a great sense of peace in your body, mind, and spirit. It's a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of travel.
DAY 2
Morning: Embodied Hip Opening Vinyasa with Apsara (2 hours) - In this class for happy hips, prepare to get present, embodied and relaxed. With a focus on hip openers, Apsara will guide you through a challenging and fun flow that includes warrior variations, butterfly poses, splits and straddles. Finish with a final rest so good you'll almost feel that beach breeze on your skin.
Evening: End the day with a water healing session at Menjening Water Temple.
DAY 3
Morning: Core, Arm Balances & Inversions with Apsara (2 hours) - Learn the art of activating your abdominal muscles to achieve arm balances with grace and lightness. Discover the proper techniques and drills that will guide you into inversions such as headstand and forearm stand, while finding stability in arm balances like Bakasana, Koundinyasana, and Tittibasana.
Afternoon: Sound Healing session
Evening: Sunset Meditation with Apsara (30 to 45 minutes) - Join Apsara for a beach-side meditation that will help you explore the body, mind and breath from a place of stillness and non-judgement.
DAY 4
Morning: Deep Yoga Backbends for All with Apsara (2 hours) - Join Apsara for a class designed to teach you how to move through backbends with strength, flexibility and a calm state of mind. Learn to lift instead of collapse. Practice opening the front body, embracing heart-opening poses, and building resilience for challenging asanas such as Cobra, Wheel, Pigeon, Camel, and Scorpion Pose.
DAY 5
Morning: Full Body Yoga for Strength & Flexibility with Apsara (2 hours) - Let's bring it all together! This perfect morning yoga flow will leave you feeling revitalized and energized. Begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken your hips and hamstrings, transition into a dynamic, heat-building flow, and conclude with a sequence of deep, grounding floor postures. You'll feel stretched, open, and serene by the end of this invigorating practice.
DAY 6
Morning: Calming Yoga to Stretch, Release & Heal with Apsara (1 hour) - A restorative practice to balance dynamic yang energy with quiet, introspective yin essence. Poses are held longer, relaxing muscles to create space and stimulate joints, bones, and fascia, with a focus on hips, spine, and legs. Ideal before a long day of travel.

Airfare: Airfare to and from Bali is not included.
Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.
Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.
Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours,

Our cancellation policy:
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
- The status of this trip will get confirmed on 15th August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
