DAY 1

Welcome to Ha Noi

  • Arrive at Hanoi International Airport.
  • Private transfer to your hotel for check-in (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM; early check-in subject to availability).
  • Free time at leisure to rest or explore the city on your own.
  • Enjoy welcome dinner at a Vietnamese Restaurant
  • Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2

Hanoi Full-Day City Tour

Begin your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session

Pick-up from the hotel and start the Hanoi city tour.

  • Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex – Mausoleum, Presidential Garden, and stilt houses.
  • Visit One Pillar Pagoda, one of the most unique pagodas in Vietnam.
  •  Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda (oldest pagoda in Hanoi).
  • Visit the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university (built in 1070).

Return to the hotel.

Evening: Overnight sleeper bus to Sa Pa.

DAY 3

Fansipan Mountain

  • Check in to your hotel and enjoy a refreshing yoga session followed by breakfast..
  • Short transfer (3 km) to Fansipan Cable Car Station.
  • Ride the cable car to Fansipan Peak – the highest mountain in Vietnam & Indochina (“Roof of Indochina”).
  • Visit temples, panoramic viewpoints, and the giant Buddha statue at the summit.
  • Return by cable car and transfer back.
  • Free time at Moona Café.
  • Overnight in Sa Pa.

DAY 4

Trekking Through Terraces

  •  Energize your morning through a grounding yoga practice followed by breakfast
  • Start trekking through Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho Village (home to Black Hmong people).
  • Continue to Lao Chai Village (centuries-old Hmong settlement with rice terraces).
  • Visit Ta Van Village (home to Giay ethnic minority; known for traditional fishing & rice farming).
  • Afternoon: Continue trekking to Cat Cat Village (H’mong community with French colonial history, waterfalls, and traditional crafts such as weaving & silver carving).
  • Visit the Hydropower station & Cat Cat waterfall.
  • Trek back to Sa Pa town (approx. 4 km).
  • Overnight in Sa Pa.

DAY 5

Leisure Day

  • Start your day on a mindful note with a refreshing yoga session
  • Morning free for leisure in Sa Pa.
  • Afternoon: Travel back to Hanoi by bus.
  • Check-in at hotel and free evening.
  • Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 6

 Ha Long Bay Day Cruise

  • 08:00 – Pick up from the hotel (Hanoi Old Quarter).
  • Transfer to Tuan Chau Island Harbor.
  • 12:30 – Board cruise, welcome drink, and enjoy a Vietnamese seafood lunch onboard.

Afternoon Cruise Highlights:

  • Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Grotto) – largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long.
  • Luon Cave – explore by kayak or bamboo boat.
  • Titop Island – swimming at the beach or trekking to a viewpoint for panoramic bay views.
  • Sunset Party onboard with fruits, snacks, wine.
  • 17:45 – Return to harbor.
  • 20:30 – Arrive back in Hanoi.

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 7

Farewell Hanoi

  • Welcome the final morning in Vietnam with a peaceful yoga practice 

Free time at leisure until transfer to the airport for departure flight.

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Tbilisi is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on the basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
