DAY 1

Arrival in Hanoi

  • Pick-up from Hanoi Airport by local guide.
  • Transfer and check-in at the hotel.

Activities:

  • Explore the charming Old Quarter (walking or via electric car).
  • Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant

DAY 2

Halong Bay Cruise

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Pick-up and transfer to Halong Bay.

Cruise Activities:

  • Board the Halong Bay Day Cruise with buffet lunch onboard.
  • Visit Surprising Cave.
  • Kayaking or bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave.
  • Stop at Titop Island: beach, hike, and panoramic views.
  • Sunset tea party on deck.

Evening:

Return to Hanoi by evening.

DAY 3

Flight to Danang

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Transfer to the airport for flight to Danang (included).

Afternoon in Danang:

  • Arrival, pick-up by guide, and transfer to hotel.
  • Relax at My Khe Beach.

Evening:

  • Stroll along the Dragon Bridge, enjoy its evening illumination.

DAY 4

Ba Na Hills Escape

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart for Ba Na Hills.

Activities:

  • Cable car ride to the hilltop.
  • Visit Golden Bridge, Linh Ung Pagoda, Le Jardin D’Amour.
  • Free time at Fantasy Park (entrance to optional games not included).

Return cable car ride back and hotel drop-off.

DAY 5

Hoi An Heritage

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Depart for Cam Thanh Coconut Village: bamboo basket boat ride, traditional fishing demo.

Afternoon & Evening in Hoi An:

  • Explore: Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky & Phung Hung Ancient Houses, Japanese Bridge, and handicraft shops.
  • Enjoy a traditional art performance.
  • Evening lantern boat ride on Hoai River.
  • Explore Hoi An’s lantern-lit streets and night market.

DAY 6

Bye Bye Vietnam

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Transfer to Danang Airport for your international departure.

Inclusions

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Vietnam is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Single Supplement, early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrades.

Compulsory tipping for guides and drivers.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
