DAY 1

Welcome to Tbilisi

  • Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, where you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The flight from India typically lands very late at night ( 2 am)
  • Check-in and take time to relax after your journey.

DAY 2

Tbilisi Cultural Tour

  • Morning: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel
  • Embark on a guided Tbilisi sightseeing tour:
  • Metekhi Church – A historic riverside church with a stunning city view.
  • Narikala Fortress – Take in breathtaking panoramic views of Tbilisi.
  • Sulphur Bath District – Walk past the
    colorful domed bathhouses
  • Sioni Cathedral & Anchiskhati Basilica
  • Rezo Gabriadze Theatre’s Clock Tower
  • Bridge of Peace & Rike Park – A modern contrast to the city's historical charm.
    Evening: Cultural Meet & Greet Dinner at a traditional Georgian restaurant, where you’ll experience a supra (feast).

DAY 3

Trip to Gudauri

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a scenic drive to Gudauri, a renowned Caucasus mountain resort.

En Route Stops:

  • A 6th-century UNESCO site with panoramic views.
  • Historic fortress with views of Zhinvali Reservoir.
  • Breathtaking views of the Greater Caucasus Mountains.
  • Painting patterns on paper session—an artistic pause inspired by the stunning Georgian landscapes.

Enjoy a specially curated Indian dinner at a local restaurant, offering familiar flavors amidst the Georgian mountains. Free time to relax or take a short evening stroll around the resort area.

DAY 4

Hike to Gergeti Trinity Church

  • Breakfast at the hotel before checking out.
  • Morning excursion to Gergeti
  • Trinity Church: Go on a hike to Gergeti Trinity Church, a stunning 14th-century monastery perched at 2,170m, offering breathtaking views of Mount Kazbegi.
  • Scenic return drive to Tbilisi, with optional brief stops for photography.
  • Check back into the hotel in Tbilisi for a relaxing night.

DAY 5

Art Workshop

Start the day with an early breakfast before departing for Kakheti

Kakheti Experience Highlights:

  • Bread-Making Session: Take part in a hands-on bread-making workshop, learning traditional techniques and creating your own unique pieces inspired by Georgian design.
  • Participate in an engaging session on learning the art of selling patterns, offering insights into turning artistic designs into marketable products.
  • After the session, take a leisurely stroll around the town, visiting local craft markets for unique handmade souvenirs.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening and enjoy free time to explore at your leisure.

Day 6

Shopping in Tbilisi

  • Check out after breakfast and embark on a relaxed sightseeing and shopping tour before heading to the airport:
  • Visit the Dry Bridge Market, famous for its antiques, artwork, and handmade crafts.
  • Explore Fabrika Tbilisi, a vibrant urban space filled with art studios, boutiques, and graffiti murals.
  • Last-minute shopping for souvenirs, wine, and traditional textiles.
  • Farewell Lunch/Dinner at a charming café to reflect on the artistic journey.
  • Airport drop-off for departure.

Inclusions

5 nights accommodation in pre- selected quality 4-star hotels on double occupancy

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Tbilisi is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Georgian Visa

Indians need to apply for e-visa to travel to Georgia. You can fill the form, upload the relevant documents and pay the visa fees (~3,000/-) on the portal itself. The e-visa is typically processed within 5-7 days.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
