DAY 1

Arrival in Ubud

  • Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) and enjoy a private transfer to Ubud.
  • Check in at Alas Petulu Villa Resort & Spa, a peaceful hideaway surrounded by tropical greenery.

In the evening, gather with fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner at TIS Café, where you’ll savor authentic Balinese flavors in a lush jungle setting with soft lighting.
Overnight stay in Ubud.

DAY 2

Island Escape to Gili Trawangan

  • Start your day with a wholesome breakfast at the hotel.
  • Travel by fast boat from Padang Bai Harbour to the stunning island of Gili Trawangan.
  • Arrive and hop on a Cidomo (horse-cart) ride to your beachfront resort:
    Aston Sunset Beach Resort – Gili Trawangan.
  • Spend your afternoon exploring the car-free island on a bicycle – visit beach cafés, swing by the shore, and soak in the easy island vibes.

In the evening, enjoy sunset views and beach nightlife – think fire shows, live music, and bars right on the sand.

DAY 3

Snorkeling & Island Leisure in Gili

  • Start with a beachside breakfast at your resort.

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Bali is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 31st May basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
