DAY 1

Welcome to Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi, the historic capital of Vietnam. Transfer to your hotel for check-in

(available from 2:00 PM; early check-in subject to availability).

DAY 2

 Hoa Lu & Tam Coc

After breakfast, drive to the picturesque Ninh Binh province.

  • Explore the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, dating back to the 10th century. Learn about Vietnam’s feudal dynasties under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Kings.

  • Hop on a bicycle and ride through the lush countryside, winding past rice fields, peaceful villages, and dramatic limestone formations.

Embark on a serene 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride through Tam Coc, often referred to as "Ha Long Bay on land". Glide through tranquil rivers, towering karsts, and magical cave systems.

DAY 3

 Bai Dinh Pagoda

Visit the grand Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest in Southeast Asia, known for its massive bronze Buddha, 500 Arhat statues, and spiritual ambiance.

  • Cruise through the UNESCO-listed Trang An Landscape Complex, a cinematic wonder featured in Kong: Skull Island. Float through caves like Sang (Light Cave), Toi (Dark Cave), and Nau Ruou (Wine Brewing Cave).

In the late afternoon, ascend Mua Cave — climb nearly 500 steps to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a stunning panoramic view of Tam Coc’s river-valley scenery.

DAY 4

 Return to Hanoi

After breakfast, drive back to Hanoi. In the afternoon, dive deep into the city's rich cultural and historical fabric:

  • Tran Quoc Pagoda – Set on a tiny island in West Lake, this is Hanoi’s oldest pagoda, dating back over 1,400 years.
  • Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university, built in 1070, dedicated to Confucius and scholars.
  • Ho Chi Minh Museum – An evocative tribute to the life and legacy of “Uncle Ho,” featuring stories, artifacts, and moments that shaped modern Vietnam.
  • Old Quarter Walking Tour – Wander through Hanoi’s iconic Old Quarter with its buzzing alleys, traditional shophouses, local cafés, and charming chaos. A great spot for shopping or grabbing egg coffee!

DAY 5

HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE

Join a full-day group cruise to discover the spectacular Ha Long Bay:

  • Cruise past limestone islets shaped like Incense Burner and Fighting Cocks.
  • Visit the awe-inspiring Sung Sot Cave – the bay’s largest and most beautiful grotto.
  • Explore Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, surrounded by towering cliffs and calm waters.
  • Relax at Titop Island – swim at the beach or hike to the summit for an unforgettable bay view.

Enjoy a sunset party onboard with red wine, fruit, snacks, and views to remember. Return to Hanoi by late evening.

Spend your remaining time at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Airfare: International airfare to/from Danang is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 20 October basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
