DAY 1

Arrival & Mekong Sunset

Welcome to Laos!
Upon arrival in Vientiane, you’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, settle in, and get your first glimpse of this slow-paced capital.

DAY 2

Temples & City Views

Start your journey with a deep dive into Lao spirituality and architecture:

  • Wat Sisaket – the oldest temple with thousands of Buddha images
  • Haw Phra Keo – former temple of the Emerald Buddha
  • Pha That Luang – Laos’ national stupa and spiritual heart

Patuxay Monument – for panoramic views of the city Evening is free to explore the night market or enjoy a local riverside dinner.

DAY 3

Caves, River & Blue Lagoon

Board a scenic high-speed train to Vang Vieng — a nature lover's paradise.

  • Visit Tham Jang Cave for sweeping valley views

Swim and unwind at the iconic Blue Lagoon after visiting Tham Phu Kham Cave

Train Ride & Mount Phousi

Day 6 is a leisure day. We have only provided suggestions on what a person can do.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st October basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
