DAY 1

Arrival in Almaty

  • Arrive in Almaty and transfer to your hotel.
  • Enjoy a relaxed evening stroll, soaking in the city’s ambiance.
  • Indulge in a delightful welcome dinner, a perfect opportunity to break the ice and get to know your fellow travelers.

DAY 2

Shymbulak Adventure

  • Journey to the Shymbulak Ski Resort in the breathtaking Medeu Valley.
  • Explore the three levels of the resort, offering spectacular mountain views and optional activities.
  • Experience the ancient art of falconry at Sunkar Falcon Farm, where magnificent birds of prey showcase their hunting skills.

DAY 3

Charyn Canyon Expedition

  • Embark on a scenic drive to the Charyn Canyon, often called the "Grand Canyon of Kazakhstan."
  • Choose between a thrilling hike through the red rock formations, a once in a lifetime experience full of thrill and adventure.
  • Head to the serene Saty Village, where you’ll spend the night, immersed in local hospitality.

DAY 4

Kolsai & Kaindy Lakes

  • Discover the breathtaking Kolsai Lakes, known for their pristine waters and lush surroundings.
  • Visit the mystical Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged forest and striking turquoise hues.
  • Return to Almaty for a comfortable overnight stay.

DAY 5

Almaty Heritage Tour

  • Dive into Almaty’s heritage with visits to:
  • Panfilov Park – a historic and scenic green space.
  • Zenkov Cathedral – one of the world’s tallest wooden churches.
  • Central Mosque – an architectural marvel of Islamic culture.
  • Monument of Musical Instruments celebrating Kazakhstan’s musical heritage.

Farewell Almaty

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Almaty is not included.

The visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st May basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
