  • Transfer to your hotel, check in, and relax before starting your Tokyo adventure.
  • Stroll through Shinjuku’s neon-lit streets, visit Shinjuku Gyoen, and explore Omoide Yokocho’s cozy yakitori stalls.
  • Experience the immersive digital art of TeamLab Borderless or Planets, or visit the Mori Art Museum if unavailable.

DAY 2

Tokyo: Food, Fashion, Views

  • Start the day at Tsukiji Outer Market, enjoying fresh sushi and street food.

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Tokyo is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st May basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
