DAY 1

Welcome to Ha Noi

Touch down in the timeless capital of Vietnam

Hanoi, where tree-lined boulevards, ancient temples, and colonial architecture await.

You’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability).

Spend the rest of the day unwinding at your pace, stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, soak in the city's quiet charm, or simply rest after your journey.

  • In the evening, regroup for a delightful welcome dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant, introducing your taste buds to the rich flavors of the region.

DAY 2

Hanoi to Ninh Binh

Start your morning with serene yoga session by Apsara

– Greet the day with a gentle yoga practice in Hanoi, stretch, breathe, and realign as the city stirs to life.

Post breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Ninh Binh, a land of surreal beauty often dubbed “Ha Long Bay on land.”

Explore the 10th-century ancient capital of Hoa Lu, once home to the Dinh and Le dynasties.

Hop on a bicycle and cycle through peaceful countryside, golden rice fields, buffalo paths, and limestone karsts tower around you like a painting.

Glide through the poetic waterways of Tam Coc on a traditional bamboo boat. As you pass beneath caves and overgrown cliffs, time seems to slow down.

Overnight in Ninh Binh

DAY 3

Sacred Sites, Hidden Caves & Mountaintop Views

Kick start your day with peaceful yoga session with Apsaraa

– Find your center with an energizing yoga flow set against the quiet stillness of the Ninh Binh countryside.

Begin your day with a spiritual walk through Bai Dinh Pagoda — Southeast Asia’s largest, home to towering bronze Buddhas and over 500 serene Arhat statues.

Cruise through the enchanting Trang An Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rowboat ride reveals a dreamscape of caves, temples, and cinematic limestone formations (as seen in Kong: Skull Island).

Cap your day with a hike up Mua Cave Viewpoint. Conquer nearly 500 steps to be rewarded with one of Vietnam’s most breathtaking panoramas — a sweeping view of Tam Coc’s patchwork of rivers and valleys.

Overnight in Ninh Binh

DAY 4

Return to Hanoi

Start the morning with mindful movement and breathwork with Apsara before heading back to the capital.

Drive back to Hanoi and check-in at your hotel. In the afternoon, unravel the layers of Hanoi’s rich heritage through its iconic landmarks:

  • Tran Quoc Pagoda, perched on the edge of West Lake, is the city's oldest Buddhist shrine.
  • Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, is a poetic tribute to knowledge and Confucian tradition.
  • Ho Chi Minh Museum, an evocative narrative of Vietnam’s revolutionary leader and its modern history.
  • Stroll through the vibrant Old Quarter, where each street buzzes with its own personality — from silk traders to street food vendors and the famous egg coffee cafés.

Overnight in Hanoi

DAY 5

Ha Long Bay Cruise

Set off early for a full-day group cruise across one of the world’s natural wonders:

  • Sail past otherworldly islets shaped like Incense Burner and Fighting Cocks.
  • Step into the dazzling world of Sung Sot Cave, the largest in the bay.
  • Paddle or row through Luon Cave, surrounded by silent cliffs and emerald waters.
  • Soak up sun or hike to the summit of Titop Island for jaw-dropping panoramic views.

Before heading back, enjoy a casual sunset party onboard with fruits, wine, and stunning vistas as your backdrop.

Return to Hanoi by late evening, filled with fresh sea air and deep impressions.

Overnight in Hanoi

DAY 6

Farewell Hanoi

A final yoga session with Apsara to ground yourself, reflect, and hold space for the journey you’ve lived.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, followed by leisure time to pick up souvenirs, visit a local café, or simply linger a little longer in Hanoi’s timeless rhythm.

You’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
