Trip Itinerary
Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Workshop with Garima (3h). Meet & greet dinner party at beach shack to get to know the group better.
Day 2 - Workshop with Garima (3h). Explore Chapora Fort for hands on training (3h shoot).
Walk on Tito’s street late in the night to explore food, shopping and party culture of Goa.
Day 3 - Workshop with Garima (2.5h)
Explore the peaceful beaches of South Goa - Palolem, Colva and visit Dudhsagar falls
Day 4 - Workshop with Garima (2.5h)
Walk through Old Goa Portuguese colonies through Latin Quarters. Farewell party dinner where we will go on pub hopping tour ending at the most happening party place in Goa.
Day 5 - Take some final pictures with your new cinematography friends and say goodbye to your group.

DAY 1
Session 1: Introduction and Overview (1 hour) - Knowing @girrlwithagimbal and your group. Setting the agenda for the workshop.
Session 2: Pre-Production Process (2 hours)
2.1 Concept Development- Brainstorming and ideation techniques. Creating a compelling story for ads.
2.2 Scriptwriting - Basics of writing scripts for commercials/content creation. Hands-on activity: Participants draft a simple ad script.
2.3 Storyboarding - Visualizing the script with storyboards. Practical: Create a storyboard for the drafted script
DAY 2
Session 1: Set Dynamics and Roles (1.5 hours)
1.1 Roles on a Film Set: Overview of key roles and responsibilities. The importance of teamwork and communication on set.
1.2 On-Set Etiquette: Professional behavior and safety on set.
Session 2: Introduction to Cinematography (1.5 hours)
2.1 Basic Cinematography Techniques: Camera types, lenses, and essential gear. Shot composition, framing, and camera movements.
2.2 Lighting Basics: - Understanding different lighting setups. Practical demonstration of basic lighting techniques.
Session 3: Hands-On Filming Exercise (3 hours)
3.1 Setting Up a Scene: Participants split into groups to plan a short ad.
3.2 Filming: Practical exercise: Filming the planned scene with guidance.
3.3 Review and Feedback: - Immediate review of the footage shot by participants. Constructive feedback and discussion.
DAY 3
Session 1: Introduction to Video editing & Idea generation (1.5 hours)
1.1 Overview of Video editing as a skill:-Introduction to the interface and key features.
1.2 Basic Editing Techniques:- - Importing footage, timeline management, and basic cuts. Basic colour correction. Basics of colour theory and applying it in DaVinci Resolve.
1.3 Sound Design: Adding and editing audio tracks.
1.4 Adding Visual Effects: Simple effects, titles, and graphics. Hands-on activity: Participants edit the footage shot earlier.
Session 2: Exporting and Delivering Content (1 hour)
2.1 Export Settings- Best practices for exporting projects. Formats and delivery methods.
DAY 4
Session 1: Content Creation and Personal Branding (1.5 hours)
1.1 Building an Online Presence:-Tips for creating engaging content for social media. Personal branding strategies.
1.2 Interactive Q&A and Discussion:- Participants share their content creation experiences. Open discussion on strategies and challenges.
Session 2: Wrap-Up and Feedback (1 hour)
2.1 Team's final drafted work showcase
2.2 Review of Workshop: Summarize key points from each day.
2.3 Participant Feedback: Collect feedback and suggestions for future workshops. Final thoughts and farewell.

Accommodation - Double sharing accommodation in 3-star resort with a pool in North Goa.
Travel - Comfortable travel in a tempo traveller throughout Goa. Airport/station pickup and drop.

Travel - Travel to and from your home to Goa by flight or train is not included
Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.
Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.
Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours,
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy:
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
- The status of this trip will get confirmed on 25th August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
