DAY 1
Welcome to Cairo
Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where your tour representative awaits you.
- Enjoy a smooth transfer to Cosmopolitan Hotel, a charming heritage stay in the heart of downtown Cairo.
- Get assistance with check-in and a brief overview of your exciting journey ahead.
In the evening, savor a delicious Welcome Dinner with your travel companions.

DAY 2
Cairo Classics
After breakfast, set off to witness one of the world’s greatest wonders:
- Stand before the Great Pyramids of Giza — icons of ancient ambition and mystery.
- Visit the Sphinx, the lion-bodied guardian of the pyramids.
- Explore the Valley Temple, where pharaohs were ritually purified.
- In the afternoon, explore the world-renowned Egyptian Museum, home to over 120,000 artifacts including King Tutankhamun’s treasures.
Evening at leisure or opt for the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids (optional).

DAY 3
Leisure Day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax at your hotel.
- Optional Excursion: Join a guided full-day trip to Alexandria (approx. 2.5–3 hrs each way), Egypt’s breezy Mediterranean city. Highlights may include:
- The Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa
- Qaitbay Citadel, located on the site of the ancient Lighthouse
- Bibliotheca Alexandrina
Evening free to explore downtown Cairo or relax.

DAY 4
Nile Cruise
After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport and fly to Aswan.
- Upon arrival, explore:
- The modern marvel of the Aswan High Dam
- The beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis
- Board your 5★ Nile Cruise and check in to your elegant cabin.
Enjoy a relaxed evening watching the Nile drift by.

DAY 5
Aswan – Kom Ombo Temple
Start your day with a serene Nile-side breakfast.
- Spend your morning at leisure on the cruise deck.
- Later, visit Kom Ombo, a unique twin temple dedicated to Sobek (crocodile god) and Haroeris (falcon god).
Explore the Crocodile Mummy Museum before returning to the ship.

DAY 6
Temple of Horus & Sail to Luxor
After breakfast, take a horse-drawn carriage ride to the Temple of Horus in Edfu — one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples.
- Return to your cruise and enjoy lunch and afternoon tea as you sail toward Luxor.
Optional: Sunset cocktails or a relaxing massage onboard.

DAY 7
Luxor
After breakfast, disembark and begin your full-day exploration of Luxor:
- Cross to the West Bank and visit the Valley of the Kings (entry to 3 tombs included).
- Explore the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut and see the Colossi of Memnon.
- After lunch, explore the East Bank:
- The sprawling Karnak Temple Complex
- The beautifully lit Luxor Temple at dusk

In the evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 8
Valley of the Kings & Temples
After breakfast, check out of your hotel.
- You'll be transferred to Luxor International Airport for your flight home.
Our team will assist with baggage and departure formalities.

I’m Chef Eshaan Nagpal, a professionally trained chef and full-time content creator. Raised in a Punjabi household in Delhi, my passion for food began early and led me to pursue my culinary education at WGSHA, MAHE. I now run the Instagram page @indian_bawarchi, where I focus on celebrating Indian cuisine through authentic, visually appealing content. What began during the lockdown as a creative outlet has now grown into a full-time profession, allowing me to collaborate with leading brands and connect with a wide audience. My goal is to showcase the depth, diversity, and richness of Indian food in a way that resonates with today’s generation.

Exclusions
Airfare: International airfare to/from Tbilisi is not included.
Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.
Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.
Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.
Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy:
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
- The status of this trip will get confirmed on 20th October basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled
Taxes
You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
