DAY 1

All Aboard to Ziro

  • Arrive in Guwahati by evening and meet your crew at the designated meeting point (Railway Station).
  • Get briefed about the upcoming adventure and meet fellow travelers.
  • Board the overnight train to Naharlagun (nearest railhead to Ziro).
    This overnight journey will take you closer to the mystical valleys of Arunachal Pradesh.

DAY 2

Into the Valley

  • Arrive early morning at Naharlagun Station.
  • Private vehicle transfer to the lush Ziro Valley.
  • En route, enjoy the misty hills, bamboo forests, and winding mountain roads.
  • Reach your hilltop campsite by late afternoon. Check into your cozy tent setup, freshen up, and settle in.
  • Evening at leisure—watch the sunset, sip on warm tea, and soak in the serenity.
  • Community dinner at the campsite followed by soft acoustic music around a bonfire.

DAY 3

Fest Begins + Culture

  • Wake up to the sound of birds and a mist-covered valley. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at camp.
  • Leisurely walk through a nearby Apatani village—interact with locals, visit traditional bamboo homes, and learn about their unique customs.
  • Head to the Ziro Festival Grounds by early afternoon.
  • Enjoy the first wave of performances featuring indie bands, folk artists, and fusion musicians on open-air bamboo stages.
  • Sample local delicacies, rice beer, and browse through craft stalls at the venue.

Return to camp in the evening. Bonfire jam sessions with fellow travelers and musicians.

DAY 4

Beats & Traditions

  • After breakfast, head for an immersive Apatani cultural experience—join locals in a traditional fishing session using indigenous techniques or try your hand at rice husking.
  • Optional short hike to a nearby hill for panoramic views of the Ziro Valley.
  • After lunch, head to the festival grounds for another vibrant lineup of music and performance art.
  • Groove to the beats, catch indie music legends, and meet artists from across the world.
  • Evening: return to camp for a chill night with live acoustic music under starlit skies

DAY 5

Finale Under Stars

  • Post breakfast, enjoy a slow morning at the camp or explore the pine groves nearby.
  • Head to the festival grounds for the final day of Ziro Fest—the most energetic of all!
  • Witness the grand finale performances, dance with strangers who now feel like friends, and enjoy your last day in this vibrant musical bubble.

Post-festival celebration night at the camp—good food, dance, laughter, and community.

DAY 6

Goodbye Ziro

  • Wake up for one last sunrise over the valley. Enjoy breakfast and pack up.
  • Depart Ziro by road to Naharlagun Station.

Board the overnight train back to Guwahati, hearts full and playlists updated.

DAY 7

Back to Guwahati

  • Early morning arrival in Guwahati.

Say your goodbyes, exchange Instas, and carry home memories of mountains, music, and magic.

Exclusions

Airfare: Flight/Train to and from Guwahati

Upgrade charges for AC train travel

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled
