DAY 1

Danang Arrival & Beach

Arrival in Danang

  • Pick-up at Danang Airport by local guide.
  • Transfer to hotel and check-in.
  • Activities:
  • Visit My Khe Beach: Relax and enjoy the coastal vibe.
  • Dragon Bridge: Stroll and view the illuminated Dragon Bridge in the evening.
  • Bollywood sessions with classics, masala & modern fusion.

Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 2

Golden Bridge Day

Breakfast at the hotel.

Pick-up from the hotel.

  • Activities:
  • Ba Na Hills: Cable car ride, visit Le Jardin D’Amour Flower Garden, Golden Bridge, Linh Ung Pagoda (tallest Buddhist statue in Vietnam).
  • Fantasy Park: Fun and games (entrance fees for paid attractions excluded).
  • One "Partner Play" workshop, no need for perfect technique. Just connection and musicality.

Return: Cable car ride back down and return to hotel.

DAY 3

Hoi An Lanterns

Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Activities:
  • Visit Cam Thanh Coconut Village: Bamboo boat experience and traditional fishing techniques.
  • Depart for Hoi An: Visit Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Phung Hung Ancient House, Tan Ky Ancient House, Japanese Bridge, and Hoi An's handicraft shops.
  • Art Show: Traditional Performing Arts House.
  • Lantern Boat Ride: Release lanterns on the Hoai River at night.
  • Explore the night market and lantern-lit streets.
  • Evening "soul sessions" with flowy playlists, candlelight circles & interesting games.

DAY 4

Hoi An Chill+Hanoi

Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Free time to explore more of Hoi An’s cafes, shops, or take a local workshop (e.g., lantern making, calligraphy, or Vietnamese cooking).
  • Visit An Bang Beach to relax by the sea- Chill with cocktails and bean bags at beach bars 

Evening:

  • Transfer to the airport in Danang for your evening flight to Hanoi (domestic flight included).
  • Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to the hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 5

Halong Bay Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Pick-up from hotel and travel to Halong Bay
  • Arrive at Halong Bay for a cruise. Buffet lunch onboard.
  • Activities:
  • Visit Surprising Cave (stalagmites and stalactites).
  • Kayaking or bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave.
  • Visit Titop Island: Sandy beach, limestone mountain, and panoramic views from Titop Peak.
  • Sunset Party: Enjoy tea, cakes, and music on the upper deck.

Return to Hanoi for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 6

Hanoi Departure

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out
  • Spend your leisure time exploring the old town of Ha Noi (if time allows)

Transfer to the airport for departure.

Over the last five years, I’ve traveled through different countries & states creating and sharing art that sparks connection and self-expression. Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare to/from Vietnam is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Single Supplement, early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrades.

Compulsory tipping for guides and drivers.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st May basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
