DAY 1

Arrive in Ubud

  • Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar)
     Warm welcome by our local coordinator.
  • Private Transfer to Ubud
    Check-in to a beautiful resort near the Ubud city center.
  • Evening Transfer to TIS Cafe
    Unwind with a relaxed dinner at TIS Cafe, a serene setting surrounded by rice paddies.
  • Return to Resort
    Informal group gathering to set creative intentions for the retreat.

DAY 2

Exploration and Inspiration

  • Morning: Ubud Rice Paddy Walk
     Light guided walk through the Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Use this quiet moment to sketch or gather references.
  • Late Morning: Bali Swing
     Visit a classic Bali Swing location — perfect for dynamic photography and observational sketching
  • Afternoon: Water Healing Ritual at Pura Tirta Empul
     Experience a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony. Reflect through journaling or intuitive painting after the ritual.
  • Evening: Explore Ubud Market Free time to browse the Ubud Art Market for inspiration and art materials.

DAY 3

Sacred Spaces & Nature Study

  • Morning: Tanah Lot Temple Visit
     Explore the breathtaking Tanah Lot sea temple — a chance to study architectural and spiritual motifs through drawing or photography.
  • Evening: Tegenungan Waterfalls
     Spend time sketching or simply enjoying the energy of this lush waterfall setting. Optional short hike for different vantage points.
  • Return to Ubud Optional reflective journaling or small group art session in the evening.

DAY 4

Coastal Colors & Water Play

  • Morning Transfer to Benoa Beach
     Travel to Benoa Beach for a guided snorkeling session, observing textures, color palettes, and patterns beneath the surface.
  • Optional Water Sports
     For those interested, various water activities (like parasailing or banana boat rides) are available on-site. (Paid on-site)
  • Afternoon Return to Ubud Evening at leisure — time for beach-inspired painting or group critique and conversation

DAY 5

Lakeside Reflections & Cultural Color

  • Morning Visit to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple
    Journey to this serene lake temple, ideal for plein-air painting or watercolor studies with mountains and reflections as your backdrop.
  • Afternoon Return to Ubud with a Stop at Ubud Art Market
     Last chance to explore local crafts and find unique handmade items or materials.
  • Balinese Massage Therapy
     Rejuvenate with a 60-minute Balinese massage session, helping the body rest after creative output.
  • Evening Drop at Natti’s Restaurant Gather for a final meal together at Natti’s, reflecting on the retreat’s journey.
  • Return to Resort Optional closing circle or group sharing session to wrap up the retreat.

DAY 6

Check-Out & Departure

  • Morning: Check-Out from Resort
     Light breakfast and a gentle closing session, if time permits.
  • Private Transfer to Denpasar Airport Depart with creative memories, artwork, and the peaceful rhythm of Bali in your heart.

  • International flights to and from Bali
  • Visa cost not included
  • Meals not mentioned on the itinerary and any alcoholic drinks with meals
  • Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.
  • Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours
  • Any personal expenses and tips to tour guide

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st October basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
