Arrival in Prague

Arrive in the enchanting capital of the Czech Republic. Settle into your hotel and take the afternoon to rest or explore the nearby surroundings.

Evening: Grand Welcome Dinner Begin your journey with a delightful welcome dinner at a riverside restaurant, offering panoramic views of Prague's illuminated skyline. Savor traditional Czech cuisine as you get acquainted with your fellow travelers.

DAY 2

Explore Prague

Morning: Guided Walking Tour
Embark on a journey through Prague's historic heart:

  • Old Town Square with its iconic Astronomical Clock
  • The historic Charles Bridge adorned with statues
  • The Jewish Quarter, including the Old Jewish Cemetery
  • Franz Kafka’s birthplace and related landmarks

Afternoon:
Explore the grandeur of Prague Castle, visit the majestic St. Vitus Cathedral, and admire the vibrant Lennon Wall.

Evening:
Get ready for a walking bear tour and pub crawl.

DAY 3

To Salzburg via Vienna

Morning: After enjoying your breakfast in Prague, get ready to travel by train (~5-6 hrs) to Salzburg, a scenic city famous for its culture.

Afternoon: Vienna City Tour
Discover Vienna's rich history:

  • The towering St. Stephen’s Cathedral
  • The opulent Hofburg Palace
  • The elegant Graben boulevard
  • The renowned State Opera House

After a hearty breakfast in Salzburg, get ready for a full-day Tour from Salzburg to the picturesque village of Hallstatt:

DAY 6

Leisure & Optional Innsbruck

Join the Welcome Tour, a guided city walk through Innsbruck's historic center:

  • View the Hofburg, the only imperial palace outside of Vienna

Evening: Return to Salzburg. Reflect on the day's experiences or enjoy a quiet evening stroll.

DAY 7

Travel to Budapest

Morning: Train to Budapest (~5 hrs), a city where history and modernity blend seamlessly.

Afternoon: Check-in and relax or take a leisurely walk along the Danube.

Evening: Explore Budapest's vibrant nightlife or revisit a favorite spot from your walk.

DAY 8

Budapest Highlights

Morning: Guided Tour of Budapest’s Treasures
Discover Budapest's iconic landmarks:

  • The grand St. Stephen’s Basilica
  • The majestic Parliament Building
  • The historic Chain Bridge
  • The panoramic Fisherman’s Bastion

Afternoon: Visit Heroes’ Square or relax at the Széchenyi Thermal Baths.

Evening: Farewell Dinner to Remember

DAY 9

Departure Day

Trip Details

Exclusions

Airfare: International airfare is not included.

Visa cost is not included. We will assist in the process as needed.

Entrance fees to landmarks or monuments.

Visit to the Bone House

Day 6 is a leisure day. We have only provided suggestions on what a person can do.

Additional Meals: Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are to be covered by the traveler. Any alcoholic drinks during meals or otherwise are not included unless specified.

Emergency Evacuation: Costs incurred due to emergency evacuation or deviation from the tour for personal reasons.

Optional Activities: Any activities outside the set itinerary, like additional sightseeing or optional tours.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
  • The status of this trip will get confirmed on 1st August basis minimum sign ups. In case the entire group trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is not cancelled

Taxes

You need to pay 5% GST and 5% TCS. TCS is refundable in your income tax statement, for which we will share a TCS certificate with you on completion of the trip.
